Your contact details

The order form asks for your name and email, and optionally your phone number and company. We save them as soon as you continue past the first step, so we can follow up about your migration even if you don’t finish. Don’t include passwords, keys or customer records.

Your Base44 app

When you connect Base44, you approve read-only access for AppExit in Base44. We use it to list your apps and scan the structure of the one you choose, such as its screens, data tables and backend functions. We keep the scan results with your order. We delete our Base44 access token when you place your order, or after 24 hours if you don’t.

Emails

We email you about your order, quote and payment. Our email provider handles delivery.

Browser storage

Your progress through the order form, including your contact details, is saved in session storage for the current tab so you can recover from reloads. It’s removed when you close the tab or choose “Start another order”.

Other services

This site loads fonts from Google Fonts; your browser contacts Google to retrieve them. Card payments are processed by Square. Card details are entered into Square’s secure form and go directly to Square; AppExit never receives your full card number. If you choose AppExit Managed Hosting, Square keeps your card on file for the monthly hosting charge. Your hosting and other service providers have their own privacy practices.
