Scope, payment & refunds

Basic web migration — $199 per app

The basic offer covers accessible application source, database schema and records, deployment to one compatible host, agreed core workflow checks, and source and deployment handoff. It applies to small web apps built on Base44. We confirm whether your app qualifies when we scan it. Other builders are coming soon.

Work that needs a separate quote

Advanced authentication changes, complex integrations, unsupported exports, extensive data restructuring, rebuilds, native mobile apps and AI workspace setup are assessed separately. The platform name alone does not establish that every part of an app fits the basic scope.

How ordering works

Enter your contact details, connect your Base44 account with read-only access, and choose the app to move. We scan it and show your price: $199 for small apps, or a personal quote within 1 business day for larger ones. You choose where to host the app, then pay by card on our site; payments are processed by Square. Quoted orders are paid on our site through the link in your quote email, and nothing is charged until then. We email a receipt once you’ve paid. Don’t send card details by email.

AppExit Managed Hosting is billed monthly on the plan you choose (Starter $39, Business $79 or Pro $149 a month; Enterprise is priced individually). Billing starts when your app goes live on our hosting, using the card Square keeps on file.

If the app needs extra work

If work beyond the basic scope is identified, we explain it before starting. You can approve a quote for the extra work or, if you have already paid for the migration, request a full refund instead. Reply to your order email to arrange this.

Separate provider costs

Domain registration, model/API usage and other third-party costs are paid directly to those providers, and so is hosting, unless you choose AppExit Managed Hosting. AI builder workspace setup is an optional $149 add-on, and its model usage requires your own OpenRouter account.

Access, timing and handoff

You must own the app or be authorized to move it. We arrange least-privilege access separately; never put secrets in our forms. Scope, verification criteria and the schedule are agreed by email. You keep ownership of your destination accounts and can revoke access after handoff.
